Refund & technical issue policy

Refunds

If the product doesn't work for you for any reason — technical fault, didn't meet expectations, changed your mind — email hello@stratagem.app within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Technical issues

If a module fails to load, your progress is lost, or your debrief doesn't render, please email hello@stratagem.app with:

• The email you used at checkout
• A short description of what happened
• A screenshot if possible

We aim to respond within one working day. If we can't fix the issue, we will refund you.

Beta caveats

Scoring is provisional pending calibration against a larger sample. Benchmark bands shown on the result page are indicative, not predictive of any third-party assessment outcome.
